He created a 6 foot angel that sits on a bench holding a bouquet of roses. This place was amazing from the start!
‘John’, greeted us and made us feel very comfortable right away.
We asked John if they would be able to make a headstone for my grandmother and grandfathers grave, but we had a time frame we wanted it to be done by, realistically our time frame was unreasonable for any shop to make.
But after explaining our situation and the reasoning behind our short time frame, John told us that he’s gonna pull some strings and try his best to make it happen, and he did!
Not only did he make the time frame but he got it done weeks sooner so that the cemetery could have time to get it installed as well, fortunately for us it all got done and installed a week before my passed grandmothers birthday so now my wife and I can surprise the rest of the family with a beautiful headstone on my grandmothers birthday.
We are very grateful for not only the great customer service, but also the quality of work that Forever In Stone did for us.

Can I start the process over the phone?

Yes, you can start the process over the phone. The dimensions and headstone styles allowed by the cemetery need to be determined. The customer may text or email a photo of an example of what they desire. Forever in Stone can email you a quote based on the discussion and the customer can pay by credit card.

I have never had to purchase a monument before.where do I start?

1. It is very important to find out the headstone type and dimensions allowed by the cemetery.

2. You can send a picture of an example of what you would want via email

3. We will set up an appointment where you can help design the headstone with the actual craftsman.

4. We will generate a quote and proof of your headstone so you can be ready to order.

How long does it take to have a monument installed?

We desire to install it as soon as possible. If it is in stock we can often achieve installation within two months. Special orders take 4-6 mos on average.

Will I receive a sketch or proof of my monument design before work is begun.

We will provide a design sample for our initial quotes. Before any work is started we send a proof that needs to be approved to make sure that all inscriptions, dates, and names are correct.
